Go Green….. Save our planet…..Pledge to plant trees….(EM)

Shiv Ashish family was a proud participant in the celebration of Green Day… As the name suggest on green day every one dressed in green colour and assembled on the ground to express their concern and eagerness for saving the planet by planting a sapling …The function started with a prayer, and then the students of Std V-VII presented the skit “Foolish woodcutter” spreading the message……. “pedon ko mat kato bhai yeh karte hain prakritik bharpai”….narrated by Pooja madam acted by Dwij Shastry, Jimit Bhatt, Maurya Poonam, Pandit Krinal, Patel Shruti, Kumar Yash. Then after the students presented a sapling (each class one sapling) to our principal madam who accepted it on behalf of the Shiv Ashish family.

Then the students of classes I – IV showed the process of germination of a seed through skit. Narrated by Sahil of class XI and acted by Varshit Nayak, Yash Patel, Dhatri Mehta, Yuvraj Bambhara, Srujal Suthar, Prasana Pandit, Nitya Jain, Utkarsh Sojitra, Jatin Sharma, Dev Trivedi, Pal Patel, Harsh Shukla, Giriraj Singh…….. They also presented the saplings to principal madam…..

There were students of std VIII and IX who represented deforestation through their skit… Narrated by Manali …. acted by Kriti, Yash, Harsh, Drushti and gave a message ” ped ugao .. dharti bachao” there was poem recitation on “DHANO KA KHET” by Anamika, Kavisha, Akshata, Shaily, Vaidehi ……..

Rina Shubra, our Hindi teacher recited a self composed poem on “agar ped na hote to “……

All the students from std I to XII presented sapling along with sharing information about that sapling which was a hidden mission of principal madam Dr. Damayanthi Moses to bring the future generation nearer to the nature and love and care about plant instead of cutting the plants. the function was really enjoyed one and all and as a part of green day celebration they also ate uncooked food like sprouts, fruits, etc.
